EAA Members Taking To New Aircraft Financing Program

April 27, 2006 — Initial reports show a high level of interest among EAAers for the new EAA Aircraft Financing Program. EAA and partner AirFleet Capital, Inc., launched the program earlier this month that offers EAA members the most comprehensive aircraft-loan offering in the industry.

"We have been very pleased that both experimental owners and owners of certified aircraft are taking advantage of the program," said AirFleet Capital Vice President Jim Blessing. "EAA members have discovered not only are they getting a great deal on financing but they are talking to someone in the finance industry who understands why they fly. We share their passion for aviation."

The EAA Aircraft Financing program member benefit makes the dream of aircraft ownership more attainable. Through the plan financing is available for new and used amateur-built aircraft, type-certificated singles and twins, turboprops, jets, and helicopters as well as light-sport aircraft.

"We are dedicated to continuing to roll-out program enhancements and additional capabilities on an ongoing basis, and will look to continually strengthen the program," Blessing added.
